There are large decks on both levels, and a hot tub with Caribbean views. The upper level features an open layout with a large great room with cathedral ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a master bedroom and a custom rock shower with views of Fish Bay. The lower level, accessed by exterior stairs, has a master bedroom with a king bed and a mini-kitchen. Both bedrooms have individual split system air-conditioning units and open onto decks with views of Fish Bay.

BOOKING AND PRICE

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

• Load and start the dishwasher
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• I will text you the day before you depart to provided further details.
• Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
