What makes this property unique?

Bay Rum Breeze was designed for the comfort of couples and families. Park in the large driveway, enter through the mahogany door under the island stone archway to the vestibule with its tropical plants and fountain. The 2500 square feet of indoor living space (as well as over 1800 square feet of outdoor living space) provides ample room for privacy and relaxation. The entire house is on one level except the upper bedroom and upper deck which is accessed by an interior stairwell. The large great room features exotic Brazilian granite, counter seating, dining table for up to 8, stainless steel appliances, a walk –in-pantry, laundry room, and powder room. Stretch out on the fully upholstered sectional sofa to watch the 48” TV.

The covered deck has cushioned chaise lounges, a dining table and chairs, and a built-in grill. A few steps down, leads to the sun deck with more comfortable seating. The four bedrooms are equally sized and all face spectacular view. The primary bedroom is separated from the main house by a covered deck and features a walk-in closet and an outdoor shower made of island stone. The lower bedroom has a two twin extra long beds that can be make into a king bed. The upper bedroom features a king bed. Each of these has a private outdoor shower, private deck and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom has a king bed , sitting area and a ceiling fan. There are wonderful breezes on Mamey Peak but each bedroom is air conditioned.

The stargazing deck offers a great view of the night sky-watch the stars while lying on chaises. It is also a great place to view the sunrise and have coffee at the Bistro table and chairs and enjoy the view of the British VI and Coral Bay with just a turn of your head. Incredible views!!! Pool only. No Hot Tub at the property.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

• Load and start the dishwasher
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
