This villa has it all! Beija Flor means "Flower-kisser" (hummingbird) in Portuguese. Beija Flor is located in exclusive Point Rendezvous and can sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy beautiful water views and spectacular ocean breezes. Beija Flor is 75 yards on a cliff above the beautiful blue waters of Fish Bay. Watch the stunning sunrises and enjoy dinner under the stars on the 500 square foot upper and lower balconies.

What makes this property unique?

Relax in the newly renovated saltwater pool or swim in one of the many beaches close by. Beija Flor is just an 8–10-minute drive from the town of Cruz Bay where you can find amazing restaurants, shopping and other activities. The beautiful North Shore beaches are a 15-minute drive from the villa.

As you walk into the great room, five double mahogany doors open onto the upper deck and provide expansive views to Fish Bay where you can enjoy sea turtles swimming and bobbing to the surface. Beija Flor features four king size bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Two king size master suites are located on each side off the great room. There is a handicap accessible ramp or stairs that will take you to the pool and to the two lower bedrooms with king size beds, both with sliders out to the lower deck with amazing views of Fish Bay. There is a connecting hallway with doors to each bedroom.

All villa water is purified by an ultraviolet (UV) 3 stage filtration system. For your convenience, trash service is provided twice a week. A new solar system was installed in the fall of 2021 that provides electricity if there is an island wide outage.

For guests’ convenience, we provide eight beach chairs, multiple coolers as well as an assortment of snorkel masks and fins. There is ample space to fit multiple cars in the driveway. BOOKING AND PRICE

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

• Load and start the dishwasher
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• You will receive a text message the day before your departure with further instructions
• Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host
